Features - With the patent pending eXact Feature Tuned Reflector Technology, virtually all of the cool UV illumination from the 5000 watt plasma source is converted to a multitude of 30 degree exposure cones before it exposes the plate. The result is high definition flexo plate quality because highlight shoulders stand up and reverses do not fill in. Exposure is consistent from edge to edge of the plate.

Ease of Use - The automated flip top design allows the operator to load the job and forget it. Load the plate for front exposure, then select the exposure times using manual or pre-programmed settings. The back exposure is made through the glass surface then the unit flips to expose the front. The risk of plate damage and contamination caused by unnecessary handling is eliminated. eXact alerts you when the job is complete.

Cool UV - The UV plasma source is contained in a closed loop liquid cooled system that eliminates heat and harmful radiation inherent in UV exposing devices. eXact delivers cool, safe UV to the plate.

High Definition Quality - The key to perfect features is angular control of illumination. Unwanted light outside the 30 degree exposure cone causes shoulder degradation, plugs shadows and fills reverses. With eXact, plate features are digital quality and floor depths are consistent across the plate.

Digitally Integrated Plasma Source - The UV plasma source is digitally integrated and provides exposure consistency plate to plate throughout its life. The system alerts the operator when lamp replacement is pending.

Inexpensive and Easy to Maintain - Rather than replacing multiple fluorescent tubes, the single plasma source can be changed by the operator in minutes.
